The concept was to show where Cartier will have locations in South America by the year 2020. My idea was to travel to each location that would be on a contained piece of land. The landscapes would be shown in a "tilt shift" type of effect that makes the location look like a miniature. Each location would have landmarks that are synonymous to each location. This logo animation is part of several graphics that were projected on a screen that is 120 feet wide! Malcolm Gladwell was the special guest speaker for the event. This looping animation was used as an ambient backdrop during intermissions of the presentation. Here is some footage of the graphics being tested two weeks before the event. All animations was created using C4D, After Effects, Particular and Plexus. The animations were part of an interactive touch screen vending machine. Compositing of 3d rotating bottles was also part of the duties for this project.
